Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026. This policy covers the Syllio website and creator project inquiries.
Information you provide
When you contact us about a project, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, brand or social profile, audience, project description, and preferred launch timing. If you use team sign-in, our authentication provider processes your email and sign-in session.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond to you, assess and discuss a potential project, arrange conversations, and—if we agree to work together—coordinate that project. We may send a receipt or follow-up email about your inquiry. Please do not submit sensitive health information about your clients through the inquiry form.
Service providers
Syllio uses Supabase for authentication and project-inquiry data storage. If email delivery is configured, we use Resend to send inquiry notifications and receipts. These providers process information to operate the services we use; their own privacy terms also apply.
Project platforms and member information
A custom platform may handle information for a creator’s members. What that platform collects depends on the agreed design and features. The creator is responsible for providing suitable notices to their members; Syllio’s website policy does not replace a platform-specific privacy notice or the terms in a separate project agreement.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry and project information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a project, and meet applicable business or legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email us at hello@syllio.app. We may need to retain some records where required or permitted by law.
Changes
We may update this policy as our service changes. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
