Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026. These terms cover use of the Syllio website; custom projects are governed by a separate written agreement.
Using this website
This website explains Syllio’s custom design and engineering service for independent fitness creators and lets you send a project inquiry. Use the site lawfully, provide information you are entitled to share, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the site.
Project discussions and agreements
Submitting an inquiry does not commit either you or Syllio to a project. If we decide to proceed, we will provide a written proposal and project agreement describing the agreed deliverables, scope, timeline, fees, payment schedule, ownership and licensing, hosting, support, and any other project-specific terms. The project begins only under the conditions stated in that agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the project agreement governs the project.
Your materials and coaching content
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share your brand assets, training plans, and other materials with us for the project. You remain responsible for your coaching and training content, including its suitability for your audience. Syllio provides design and engineering services, not medical care or individualized fitness advice.
Member data and platform operation
A custom platform’s member-facing features, data handling, hosting, maintenance, and support are specific to each project and must be described in its written agreement. Before collecting information from your members, you are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any permissions your use requires. Do not send us sensitive member health information unless it is expressly covered by your project agreement and an approved handling process.
Fees and payments
The website does not provide checkout for custom projects. Any project fees and payment instructions will be set out in the written proposal or agreement. No project fee is due solely because you submitted an inquiry.
Changes
We may update these website terms as the service changes. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
